 | This video just popped up (a year later) on Autoplay after I watched today’s message on Surviving the Journey. I left the room at the end of the previous video and this was playing when I came back in the room. How odd (ok so not really). I was ready to hear the message today. Doesn’t appear that I watched it a year ago. I don’t think of him as a toxic person but what he did hurt me to the core. I’m almost there with seeing that connection as a gift. I have grown & changed so much, learned so much about myself & cleared away a lot of trauma that preceded him. I have focused on healing medical issues since we parted & in much better health now. Many of them I wasn’t even aware I had back then. I have always felt that part of our soul contract was to apologize for what happened when our connection ended. I don’t hold hope or optimism that it will happen but I’m open to that conversation. My understanding is that we both have to want it. Coming back for closure was not something he did at that time. His attitude towards past relationships was that when he was done he was not going to risk being hurt again. And I was the same way. So thank you. Gas lighting! I should have asked him for proof to send me the text he says he go from me but I didn't. I just sent a text to him on 2APR and told him he was a NARC. He is a narcissist and I have studied this since the 1st time he dumped me after seeing him for only 2mo. That is about his length of being with a female. Gets bored and has to find a way to dump current flame to get to another. They have many women in their "harem" that they go back to or maybe someone new. This is a pattern that I am used to.  | I want to be unstuck!!! Bf left me a year & a half ago for another woman bc he needed to chase his ego addiction. He has so many attachment traumas & pain but he won’t open to healing.
